TIFFANY MASSON, PSY.D., President and Chief Executive Officer
Tiffany Masson, Psy.D., President of Kansas Health Science Center (KHSC), is an exemplary leader in higher education with more than 15 years of experience leading teams to find innovative, technology-driven solutions to the concerns facing universities across the world.
Dr. Masson obtained her doctorate of psychology in 2002. She completed her post-doctoral training at U.C. Davis’ Children’s Hospital-CAARE Center and was employed as a staff psychologist by the Cook County Juvenile Court and Northwestern School of Law in Chicago.
In addition to private practice, editing a new text Inside Forensic Psychology, and serving as an international speaker, her portfolio includes 13 years of service at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where she held several academic and operational administrative positions. Her leadership positions included Department Chair of International Psychology, Executive Director of Social and Behavioral Sciences, and Campus Dean of the Chicago Campus. Most recently, Dr. Masson served as Campus Dean of the Online Campus, where she provided oversight and advanced growth for the institution’s highly successful campus. During her tenure at The Chicago School, she was appointed by the President to co-lead the University’s strategic plan and develop a new division for the University—TCSPP Global.
As a global innovator, Dr. Masson developed and managed international partnerships and continues to focus efforts on specific international human capacity development projects in Africa. In addition, she co-developed a country-specific 12-day trauma training program (Global HOPE Training Initiative) that aids teachers in effectively recognizing, assessing, and intervening with traumatized children. Her work in Rwanda and ability to develop government and private partnerships has proved successful in the expansion of the Global HOPE Training Initiative to Zambia and South Africa.
JENNIFER GANTZ, Chief Financial Officer
Jennifer Gantz, chief financial officer of the Kansas Health Science Center, has 12 years of experience working as a chief financial officer, most recently for Newman University, where she was CFO and vice president for finance and administration. Prior to that, she was the CFO at The Independent School for six years and a senior associate at Grant Thornton, LLP, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, in San Jose, California.
Gantz graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Business Management Economic from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and her Master of Science in Accountancy from San Jose State University.
DR. RICHARD WINSLOW, Associate Dean of Student Affairs and Services
Richard Winslow, Ph.D., associate dean of student affairs and services at Kansas Health Science Center, spent the first 16 years of his career at William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri, supervising the student life department in various positions and serving as the vice president for enrollment, financial aid, and student affairs. He spent the last six years as the vice provost of enrollment and student services at the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, Missouri. In February 2020, he published his first book, “Straight Talk for College Parents: An Insider’s Guide to Helping Your Student Survive the First Year of College.”
Dr. Winslow graduated with his B.A. in Psychology from William Jewell College as well as his M.A. in Education Administration and his Ph.D. in Urban Leadership Policy Studies and Education from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
MOLLY FOX, Vice President of Advancement
A Wichita native, Fox spent the past six years as the vice president of marketing and development at Goodwill Industries of Kansas. The prior ten years, she was the director of development for Kidzcope, Newman University, and KPTS Public Television.
In 2019, Fox was named the Outstanding Fundraising Professional by the Association of Fundraising Professionals, an organization with a strong focus on professional development and ethical fundraising. Fox has been a member since 2004 and has served in various positions, including president. She is also a board member of the Wichita State University Alumni Association and was a Wichita Business Journal 40 Under 40 Honoree in 2018.
Fox graduated with her B.A. in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Wichita State University and received her MBA from Newman University.
